Emily Anton
Emily was born in South Lake Tahoe but received the majority of her ballet training from Sylvia Bolton in Ashland, Oregon. She attended Jordan Academy of Dance in Indianapolis while at Butler University and Cornish College of the Arts where she was a Cornish Dance Theatre member. She has performed variations from Sleeping Beauty, La Bayadere, Raymonda and Paquita. |

Gina Anttonucci
Gina began her ballet training at age 6 in a little studio in Mt. Shasta, California called Nuria's Dance Academy, studying under Nuria Llovet. She performed as a guest artist with Eugene Ballet Company for three years as well. Gina moved to the Bay Area after High School at age 17 to study nursing at CSUEB, as well as to further her career in dance. |

Edilsa Armendariz
Edilsa grew up in Tijuana, Mexico and received her early training at the Gloria Campobello Dance School. She later graduated from the National Ballet School in Havana, Cuba. Her professional experience began with the San Diego Ballet and then joined Nevada Ballet Theatre for four seasons where she had the opportunity to perform a number of works by Balanchine, the lead role in the Nutcracker and soloist roles in Don Quixote, Giselle and Peter Anasto's Cinderella. |

Adrianna Benson
Adrianna was born in Castro Valley, CA and received her ballet training at City Ballet School in San Francisco under the direction of Galina Alexandrova. There she danced roles such as Snow Queen in the Nutcracker and Cat in Peter and the Wolf, choreographed by Yri Zhukov, in addition to other solo roles. Adrianna has attended ABT and Boston Ballet Summer intensive programs and performed as a soloist in their final productions. |

Bobby Bernstein
Bobby is a graduate of North Carolina School of the Arts. She has danced with the Washington Ballet, the Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Orlando Ballet, Fort Worth Dallas Ballet, and Nashville Ballet. Her performance highlights include: Forsythe's In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated (Kennedy Center), Serenade (Russian Girl), Bujone's Grand Pas Romantique (Soloist), Giselle (Peasant Pas), and Nutcracker (Sugar Plum Fairy). |

Dudley Brooks
Dudley was born in Reno, Nevada. He is the Artistic Director of Run For Your Life! ... it's a dance company! Dudley is a musician and dancer with Gamelan Skar Jaya. He has taught at and served on the Board of SF School of Circus Arts. Dudley has choreographed for PBT, Oakland Ballet, Bay Area Youth Opera, Moving Arts Dance, opera and theater companies. He was twice nominated for an Izzie. His musical compositions have been performed by Santa Cruz Chamber Players. Dudley has also performed with Nikolais Dance Theater and SF Dance Spectrum. He has a BA in Mathematics from UC Berkeley. |

Anna Carnes
Anna trained with Meredith Baylis, Corinne Glover, Carol Guidry, and Stanley Holden. She became an associate of the Royal Academy of Dance, and received the RAD's Solo Seal Award in 2003. She performed many principal roles with Santa Clarita Ballet Company and danced with Wenta Ballet. In 2007, Anna earned a BFA in Dance from UC Irvine, while performing in Donald McKayle's Etude Ensemble, and works by Douglas Becker, Molly Lynch, and Carlos Jones. She has participated in professional workshops with LINES ballet and Kunst-Stoff Dance. |

Nathan Cottam
Nathan became involved in ballet while completing a bachelors degree in Sociology. He recently graduated from the University of Arizona with a Master of Fine Arts in dance. Nathan served as the Dance Director for Legacy Dance Theater's 2008 production of Pioneer Legacy and performed in China on tour with Kim Robards Dance. |

Jeremiah Crank
Jeremiah Crank began his training in his home town of Flint, Michigan and went on to receive his Bachelors of Fine Arts with Honors from the University of Michigan. This is his third season with Peninsula Ballet Theater. He is also currently a member of the Liss Fain Dance Company with whom he recently toured to Eastern Europe, Leyya Tawil's Dance Elixir and the Art Face Collective. |

Christine Crowley
Christine was born in Sands, Michigan. She first trained at North Country Ballet Ensemble in upstate New York. Christine continued her training at the Quinte Ballet School of Canada and the Ballet Regent under the direction of Michael Steele from New York City Ballet. She then trained and performed with the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. Christine has had the honor to perform as a guest artist for the Chambersburg Ballet Theatre along with dancers from Ballet San Jose, the Miami City Ballet, and the American Ballet Theatre. |

Lindsey Fitzmorris
Lindsey is a native of New Orleans. She began her training with Constantin Apetrei and spent her summers studying at The Washington School of Ballet, and on scholarship at The Boston Ballet and Ballet Magnificat. She possesses the Highest Artistic Honors and is a graduate of New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance. Most recently performing and touring internationally with Liss Fain Dance. |

David Fonnegra
David was born in Venezuela and was a principle dancer for the Ballet de Caracas directed by the legendary choreographer, Vincente Nebrada. After seeing him perform on tour, David was invited by Edward Villella to join the Miami City Ballet. He joined State Street Ballet in Santa Barbara for their 2002-03 Season. Since joining Diablo Ballet in 2004, Davis has been featured in The Legend of Taj Mahal, Petrushka, They've Lost Their Footing and Who Cares? |

Annebelle Henry
Annabelle was born in Los Gatos, California. She began training as a child at Fabulous Feet Dance Studio in Sonoma, CA and later at the Rohnert Park City Ballet and Academy of Ballet California. She also studied with Mary Dilillo, Susan Matthies and Tamara Statkoun. Annabelle has worked with Ross Dance Company, Moving Arts Dance and the San Francisco Opera Ballet. In addition to working with PBT, Annabelle currently dances with Napoles Ballet Theatre in San Francisco. |

Darcy Harrington
Darcy was born in Midland, Texas and received her early training with Judy Coleman and Susan Clark at Midland Festival Ballet. After high school she studied dance at Butler University in Indianapolis, then went on to dance professionally with Kentucky Ballet Theatre in Lexington, Kentucky. |

Chelsea Hix
Chelsea was born in San Francisco, California. She received her early training at Sebastopol Ballet School and went on to train at the Academy of International Ballet in Pennsylvania. Chelsea danced with the Connecticut Ballet for their 2006 season. |

Janice Hu
Janice was born in San Mateo, California. She received her B.A. in Dance from the University of California, Irvine and is currently teaching pre-ballet at Professional Ballet School (PBS). She began her formal dance training at age four with PBS and from 1999-2005, became a member of their company, Young Artists Ballet Theatre. Janice has attended national summer programs with Pacific Northwest Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, and Universal Ballet Academy. |

Justin Kaul
Justin began his dance training at Dance Theatre International in San Jose under Xavier Ferla. Upon graduating high school, Justin danced for Ballet Pacifica in Irvine while working towards his Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance at the University of California, Irvine. In 2008, he transferred to the Alonzo King Lines Ballet Bachelor of Fine Arts program where he is now a member of the inaugural class. |

Deidre Kirk
Deidre was born in San Mateo, California. She trains at the San Carlos School of Ballet with Karen Kirk and Michael Lowe. Deidre has also studied with the American Academy of Ballet (ABT) in New York and the past four summers with ABT Detroit. |

Elena Kozlova
Elena was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and moved to the US at the age of seven. She began her formal training under Richard Gibson and Zory Karah at the Academy of Ballet. Later, she went on to study at the Hungarian Dance Academy and Moscow State Choreographic Academy. She has attended Joffrey Ballet and HDA summer intensives. She is currently a biochemistry major at Foothill College. |

Jacob Kreamer
Jacob began training at Contra Costa Ballet. He went on to study with Pacific Northwest Ballet, San Francisco Ballet And Pittsburgh Ballet. He has danced professionally with Peninsula Ballet Theatre, Pittsburgh Ballet, Richmond Ballet and prior to joining the newly returning Oakland Ballet in 2007, he was one of the original dance members of Company C Contemporary Ballet. When Jacob is not preparing for shows he enjoys training in mixed martial arts. |

Sara Love
Sara Love began her dance training at the Flint Institute of Music in Flint, Michigan. She went on to travel internationally as a soloist with the Blue Lake International Program at the ages of 15 and 16, which toured France, Germany, Poland, and Belgium under the direction of Jefferson Baum. This led her to attend The Walnut Hill School of Performing Arts in Natick, Massachusetts on scholarship. She furthered her education at The Boston Conservatory in Boston, Massachusetts where she received her Bachalor of Fine Arts. Ms. Love was honored to be the featured dancer for the Urban Nutcracker in the 2005 Arts and Entertainment Section of the Boston Globe. |

Cason MacBride
Cason currently performs with the acclaimed Contact Dance Company - the Scott Wells & Dancers and the nationally known clown troupe Fou FouHa! in San Francisco. He recently danced in the IZZIE award winning performance of What Men Want and teaches Acro-Dance and Free Falling courses in Emeryville. |

Damon Mahoney
Damon Mahoney began his performing career with Oakland Ballet in 2005. He has since danced and worked with a variety of companies including Savage Jazz Dance, Peninsula Ballet Theatre, Moving Arts Dance, Los Angeles' Luminario Ballet and San Diego Opera. He has also danced with San Francisco Opera and was recently made a member of their Resident Corps. In addition to dancing, Damon is a Pilates Instructor as well as an Acrobat and Fire Performer. |

Amelia Marciano
Amelia spent her first 10 years of her training at Ballet Theater Arts in Alamo, California, where she performed numerous solos in the Nutcracker, Don Quixote and others. At age 17, Amelia joined Victor Kabaniaev and Tina Bonsthedt's Diablo Ballet Apprentice Program. Within the two years of intensive training, Amelia performed several contemporary and classical repetoire pieces, including two of Nikolai Kabaniaev's world premieres. Upon graduating with honors, Amelia apprenticed with Company C Contemporary Ballet for the 2008-2009 season. |

Norberto Martinez
Norberto was born in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. He is a graduate of the Instituto Mexicano de Artes and Instituto de las Bellas Artes of Merida, Yucatan. Norberto is trained in Modern Dance and Classical Ballet as well as Mexican Folk Dance. His interest is learning and performing all types of dance. He has performed professionally in Europe, South America, Mexico and The United States as a principle dancer of Jorge Faz Dance Company and Ballet Foklorico from the University of Merida Yucatan in Mexico. He has the prestigious honor of being one of the Resident Choreographers of The Presidio Dance Theater under the Directions of Sherene Melania. |

Amanda McGovern
Amanda, a native of Petaluma, California, received her training from Deborah Palesch and Ann Derby. She danced for Nevada Ballet Theatre, with Bruce Steivel, for three seasons. Amanda toured nationally and internationally with Moving Arts Dance, Lisbon Dance Company of Portugal, Oakland Ballet and Sacramento Ballet. She has also worked with Kunst-Stoff and Robert Moses. She teaches Gyrotonic independently and pre-ballet for Civic Arts Education. Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary's College. |

Melinda Neal
Melinda Neal has performed with contemporary companies New Trails Dance Theatre, Udance Electra, as a founding member of Napoles Ballet Theatre, with classical companies Solano Civic Ballet, Oakland Ballet Academy, and as a guest artist with California Youth Ballet. She co-owned The Dance Network in Fairfield, California and was Artistic Director of Halal Ballet Theatre. In addition to teaching she will graduate from St. Mary's College LEAP program with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance in 2010. |

Scott Pascal
Scott trained with Andrea Paris at Los Angeles Ballet Academy and continued training at Ballet Austin and Milwaukee Ballet. In 2004, he began dancing with State Street Ballet where he was featured in the Company's The Nutcracker, A Midsummer Nightís Dream and Snow White. Scott has also danced with the City Ballet of San Diego. and is also a member of Company C Contemporary Ballet. |

Jekyns Pelaez
Jekyns began his studies at Incolballet in his birthplace of Cali, Colombia. He danced with Ballet De Cali, Ballet Arizona, Chautauqua Ballet, Ohio Ballet, Ballet San Jose, Silicon Valley and others before joining Diablo Ballet in 2003. He has toured extensively throughout the United States, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Cuba (XIII Festival de Ballet de la Habana), and appeared at the International Children's Festival. Jekyns appeared at the 2006 International Ballet Competition in Jackson, Mississippi. |

Alexandra Venter
Alexandra has studied ballet for over 15 years, with the majority of her training coming from South Bay Dance Center. She has attended various summer programs, including Boston Ballet. Alexandra has guest starred as the Sugar Plum Fairy at Brentwood Ballet Theater, and in 2008 performed as the Sugar Plum Fairy for Chambersburg Ballet in Pennsylvania. She has performed such roles as Princess Florine, Snow Queen, Cinderella, Butterfly, and Sugar Plum Fairy, all before turning eighteen. |

Sarah Wellman
A native of San Francisco, Sarah started her training in jazz, tap and ballet with Maria Fe Picar. She then focused her studies in ballet with Lee Wei Chao, Richard Gibson, Enrico Labayen and Katy Warner, whom she considers her mentors. She was a founding member of Moving Aícappella, and has danced with Labayen Dance/SF, The Dance Wright Project and The George Young Dancers. In addition, she has performed as a guest artist with Hully Feticio and Dudley Brooks. She had also designed and produced costumes for Denia Dance, Moving Aícappella and The Dance Wright Project. |

Gabriel Williams
Gabriel Williams has danced principle and soloist roles with New York Theatre Ballet, Oakland Ballet, Peninsula Ballet Theatre, Milwaukee Ballet 2, and the Sacramento Ballet. He has performed works by Balanchine, de Mille, Ashton, Tudor, Dwight Rhoden, Twyla Tharp, Trey McIntyre, Donald McKayle, Eugene Loring, Ron Cunningham, Ronn Guidi, and Carlos Carvajal among others. |
