A Collection of Six World Premieres

Thursday October 29th 2020, Peninsula Ballet Theatre premiered The Chrysalis Project, a collection of six world premieres, in celebration of World Ballet Day
The Chrysalis Project is a collection of six world premieres created and rehearsed during the COVID-19 pandemic. PBT presents these solos and duets in a spirit of perseverance, hope, and transformation during this challenging time.

Choreography by Gregory Amato, Peninsula Ballet Theatre Artistic Director and Aline Carili, PBT Company Dancer.

 

Featuring Léna Alvino, Aline Carili, and Robert Burns Lowman.

 

Music by Frédéric Chopin, Abel Korzeniowski, Big Scary, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Kovacs, and Erik Satie.
