To our wonderful PBT Community,

Today we have announced our decision to postpone performances scheduled for March 27, 28 and 29 at San Francisco’s Presidio Theatre due to the unprecedented outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our utmost concern is to protect and support the Company dancers, crew, staff and audience, and to not contribute in any way to the ongoing wave of Bay Area coronavirus cases. The Company is in negotiations with the Presidio Theatre to determine future performance dates for later this season.

Individuals who have purchased tickets to the Peninsula Ballet Theatre’s performances at the Presidio Theatre may hold on to their tickets for a soon-to-be announced rescheduling of Hip Hop Cinderella and Carmen, or they may return to the point of purchase for a full refund.

In addition, we have suspended all ballet and dance classes effective Saturday, March 14 through Sunday, April 5. These dates will be assessed as they draw closer. The PBT School will extend the current school term into the month of June. The June Student Showcase will now be held June 13 with a performance of “Adventures of Alice.”

Please see the press release for more information regarding this matter.

We love our PBT Community and hope you are all staying healthy. We look forward to seeing you at the studios and in the audience again soon!

Warm regards,

Peninsula Ballet Theatre Administrative and Artistic Staff
