Juan Magacho

Juan Magacho is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He started ballet at age 17 at Escola Estadual de Danças Maria Olenewa and studied at Grupo Cultural de Dança-Ilha and National Ballet of Denver. He danced professionally with Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro and as a soloist, and as a principal at Atlantic City Ballet doing roles such as Romeo from Romeo and Juliet, Pas de Trois from Swan Lake, Snow King from The Nutcracker, Bluebird from Sleeping Beauty and many others. He is excited to be dancing this season with Peninsula Ballet Theatre.
